During my onsite coaching sessions with employees, I often get asked the question, “What is the absolute best exercise that I should do?”   I respond, “the best exercise is the one you will do.” I tell them that it is the exercise:

You enjoy doing,

You are (or could get) passionate about,

You look forward to doing after work,

That gets your mind off of work,

That makes you laugh, sweat, and feel better after it’s all over.

Find an exercise that you enjoy, and the health benefits will be sure to follow.    The best exercise on the planet is the one you will do.
